We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join our national property division with a focus on social housing funding work.

Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:
We are looking for an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to work with us. You will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience and be excited by the opportunity to join us.
Working closely with Partner Vicky Kells, Partner and Co-Sector Head of Social Housing you will be acting for social housing providers in England and Wales on secured lending and property re-financing. You will be involved in portfolio transactions for Housing Associations, undertaking large scale due diligence. You may also be required to assist with general commercial property transactions from time to time.
This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.
We will support and actively encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors as well as nurturing and extending existing client relationships.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
