    • Identify pain points and opportunities as well as provide the conduit to find solutions for delivery.
    • Proactively identify processes, technology, service improvements and innovations.
    • Communicate feedback into TKC and the firm’s IT service partners on matters concerning their business areas.
    • When things go wrong, you will provide an interface into the Support teams on behalf of the business area (essentially you will be the voice of the business).
    • Stay up to date on current industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in IT-business alignment.
    • Communicate inputs to the Departments and Teams of what is going on and what’s in the pipeline from TKC.
    • Communicate inputs to TKC from the Departments and Teams of what is going on / priorities in the business.
    • Work with IT delivery and the Knowledge and Change teams within TKC to scope and develop items of change and support in the prioritisation and planning of said change.
    • Work closely with the IT Training team and the L&D Upskilling Programme to identify Department and Team specific training activities in relation to technology.
    • Manage, alongside the outsourcing provider and Chief Architect, service issue escalations from the Department and Teams.
    • Manage relationships with external suppliers and oversee procurement of IT products and services

The role is right for you if:

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
    • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, project management, methods and best practices.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Certification in ITIL. PMP, or other relevant credentials would be desirable.
